Terms of Service
These terms apply to stays at The Wild Haven in Hochatown, Oklahoma, operated by Johnston Oklahoma Retreats LLC. By booking, you agree to these terms and to the full Short-Term Rental Agreement you sign before check-in. If the two ever differ, the signed agreement controls.

Who can stay
Adults only. The primary guest and every occupant must be 25 or older.
Maximum 2 guests. No events, parties, or unregistered visitors.
The person who books must stay for the entire reservation.

Pets
Dogs only, up to 2, each under 50 lbs. A pet fee applies.
Dogs must be house-trained, current on vaccines, and crated if left alone.
Dogs stay off beds and furniture and out of the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge.
Service animals are always welcome at no charge.

House rules
Check-in after 4:00 PM. Checkout by 11:00 AM.
Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
Water-based products only. Oil-based massage oils, lubricants, and oil candles stain linens and damage the septic system.
Flush only toilet paper. The cabin uses a private septic system.

Address and entry
The exact address and door code are shared only after your booking is confirmed and your rental agreement is signed.

Amenities and safety
The hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, dome, fire features, and wooded grounds carry natural risks. Guests use them at their own risk and never while impaired. There is one exterior security camera at the front entrance and no cameras inside.

Payment and cancellation
Rates, fees, and taxes are shown at booking. Cancellations follow the policy shown at booking. For direct bookings: full refund 30+ days before check-in, 50% refund 7 to 29 days before, no refund within 7 days.

Damage
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including damage from smoking, unregistered guests or pets, or oil-based products.
